Here in the Mercy Primary, we expect all of our school community to enjoy a happy, safe environment. There is great emphasis on promoting respect for each other.
Annually, in November we hold an Anti-Bullying Week in our school.
The classes are taught lessons on how to deal effectively with Bullying. We also hold an Anti-Bullying Awareness Campaign in all of our classes. The infant and middle classes complete a colouring competition while our Senior classes design ‘Anti-Bullying Slogans and Posters.
Our pupils really enjoy this week and they choose their own prizes!
